when does FA start?

i heard we are allowed to start 2negotiate starting saterday
is tht the first day we can actually sign players?
and who will be are first player we sign.
will it b like last year when we took off day 1?or do we wait a few days for things to die down?
 
4pm Tuesday, deals can officially go down.
 
Contracts can be agreed upon strting tomorrow but cannot be come official in till the 11th
 
Saturday at noon is the start of the "legal tampering" period. That means teams can talk to agents about their players interests, but no deals are allowed to be agreed to. Last year was the first year they did it and it is very uneventful and pretty much a waste of time.

Tuesday at 4:00PM is when the fun really begins.
 
Tomorrow teams talk to FA's and will all have agreed deals in time for 4pm on the 11th. Tuesday will be a fun day starting 4pm. Hopefully Monroe will be a dolphin by 4:30! And then of course after the first frenzy of signings, it will prob be a quiet day until the next wave of FA's.

4:15 Miami Dolphins agree to terms with Jon Asamoah for 4yr/26 mil contrct, 16 mil guaranteed.

4:30 Miami Dolphins agree to terms with John Kuhn for 3 yr/ 5 mil contract, 2.5 mil guaranteed.

4:45 Ryan Tannehill seen in Dept Store quickly buying Pants, and running into bathroom to change.

I am glad there are 4 decent LT's on the market, cuz there is a sad history of FA's rejecting/using us

it will be interesting to see the war between us and the Cardinals
