When/how do I upgrade from rookie status?

I'm not sure how it works but I recently made my 100th post and I was hoping that was the marker to upgrade to scout team which I assume is the next level. That didn't do it though. Can anyone advise me what I need to upgrade.

actually you control your user title. its in the control panel. :up:
