When is our first veteran mini camp?

I think they have had some camps already(off-season programs), but I think the main camp is at the end of July. Don't quote me on that though.

Veteran (and rookies I believe) OTA days begin May 15th.

There is a minicamp sometime in June. But the difference between OTA and mini camp? I have no idea.

I think from 9-11 of June it will be the Rookies & Veterans minicamp.

The Dolphins will hold a minicamp for rookies and veterans June 9-11.
