This guy is the "MAIN PROBLEM" if they keep this piece of **** I am DONE as a Miami Fan!!! This guy has single handily ruined 2 teams now...the Jets & Dolphins. If Ross keeps him it shows how totally incompetent he is.
 
Everyone's so joyous about Gase getting canned BUT this guy is presently still employed in Davie? Until he gets his walking papers I'll temper my excitement about the house cleaning.

I'm starting to get dejavu, like Ross has no plan at all, and Tannenbalm is still in his ear. If Rex comes here, its almost certainly Tannenbalums doing. Which means Gase took the fall and were keeping Tannenbaulm, which is F****** awful!

If Ross keeps TBaum and brings in Rex (which I highly suspect is true), I may find myself not watching the games....something I never thought possible. I just don’t think I can stomach watching that blowhard on the sidelines of the team I love.
 
Looks like the bum has some compromising pictures of Ross or something to hold over Ross' head that assures this idiot some type of job with the team. Then Ross promotes a guy in Chris Grier to a position he isn't qualified for. Yeah this team is doomed to failure.
 
I don't get how people say Tannenbaum is the problem. He's the furthest removed from the team compared to Grier and Gase, he's basically a glorified consultant to Ross! He doesn't call plays and he doesn't manage the team... Gase is responsible for living and dying by Ryan Tannehill and he's also responsible for hiring a weak NFL staff including Matt Burke. You guys need to quit crying and move on... all I needed was Gase gone! He was the one responsible for not drafting a QB for precautionary measures and he's the one responsible for a terrible offense and hiring a defensive coordinator who just didn't have it. Have you ever thought about the fact that Tannenbaum could've been against some of these decisions Gase made, but since Gase was Ross's guy he chose to fall in line in order to be a team player? If he was "pro Gase" and his decisions he would not have been retained... it's simple as that!
 
TBum is the NFL equivalent of the atavistic NYC residential high rise ****roach. No matter the circumstances, as a species they outlive their intended exterminators.
