No one seems to know, I thought I heard noon, but there people saying 11:00AM, 12:00PM and 2:00PM. No one seems to know. My guess is that the Dolphins haven't decided yet. They need to have Philbin arrive and sign his contract first, so maybe they are just playing it by ear by saying "Saturday afternoon."
