When Philbin lost me.

We need Cowher

I seriously doubt Cowher will coach again. Even if he does why would he come to Miami? Too many holes for the type of team he runs. Shoot the qb situation is enough to send people running.

Also, based on recent history, I seriously doubt Ross will clean house. We may be stuck with this for at least another year!

I think Philbin is a good man, and I hate the way this is playing out. I wish he could get it turned around, but I am beginning to wonder about his coaching ability.

Ya he's a classy guy, just not head coach material.

What has Philbin brought to this team? Nothing.

wait, hold up... we don't have gum wrappers all over the facility. no shoes n shoe laces laying about. lockers are neat and tidy. towels are picked up. newspapers n magazines are recycled. there's far less cursing and harsh language being uttered aloud. there are more signs with slogans posted. everyone knows to wear suits n ties on travel days. players know to stay behind the white border on our sideline.

doesn't this add to the win count??

It was building for me, but I lost it when he did not challenge the third down throw to Matthews that could have sustained the drive.

Sadly, if/when he does leave us he will get another coaching gig and probably win 2 or 3 Super Bowls.

The ship is slowly sinking, 4 losses in a row.
This team has no balls and the coaching staff seems to be doing nothing as usual.
I really thought this was our year to grow.
The front office made some horrible draft decisions and worse free agent acquisitions.
Same old song and dance with this team

If I had a dime for every ******* coach who's come through here since Shula who's uttered the words 'we'll get it fixed' and doesn't ever come close to getting it fixed, I'd be a ****ing millionaire. I'm sick of it. ****ING FIX IT AND STOP TALKING ABOUT FIXING IT.

This ship isn't sinking that slowly. It's springing leaks everywhere at once.

I think a lot have forgotten the coaches got a lot of the credit for the first 3 wins, both Sherman and Coyle were being lauded for great adjustments. New Orleans is whatever, we ran into a great offense playing great. The Ravens game the refs stole from us. Buffalo game was god awful and that loss is on the coaches. And today the refs probably stole a half win from us. And this protection fiasco caused by an incompetent GM likely cost us at least half a game. For me I just can't take this 3-4 record at face value, at the very least its not 100% on Philbin.

Having said that, there are most certainly some things that are bugging me about Philbin and staff (not the least of which being quick on the trigger finger with locker room "cancers") but I'm still in wait and see mode, get us to 9 wins and he should be brought back imo.

Hennehill, sherwoman, and phailbum are not the answer...im off that bandwagon. It becames more obvious with every game that these guys dont have it

This ship is the Titanic well if the Titanic hit the iceberg then backed over it again!

Philbin started to lose me with his clock killing at the end of the first half against the Saints, rather than trying for a score to get us within a score against an historically good offense. That was the first time in a year that Philbin's decisions didn't seem to make sense given the game situation, and since then he hasn't been able to translate our advantages on the field into the right decisions at the right time to win a football game.

Because Wanny, Saban, Camoron, and Meatball are racking up the Lombardi Trophies!
