He did the most damage when he fired our competent OL coach, to bring in his retard buddy Tony Wise. Not only has our team record and performance gotten worse every year (under wanny), but so has our running game under this j-brone(Tony Wise). Running starts with the OL as Denver has proved year after year turning nobodies into superstar RB's. Not to mention our old OL coach went to the superbowl last year with a powerful running game. And wanny fired Westoff, wow that really worked out for us. He is a terrible evaluator of talent, both with his players and his coaches. No doubt he's a nice guy, but not a good HC.:fire:

Where did Tony Wise come from and does he have a good or bad performance history?
That might tell me if is it worth keeping him for this year & the future. If he has no past credentials then it points towards him being out of his depth and we should just replace him right now? Yeah, not a chance with DW around! If T. Wise was a regular Joe in a normal day to day job that would happen, he would have been written up for poor performance & fired by now!

good point. But we've never disagreed on Wanny's inability to evaluate talent. Maybe Rick will fire Wanny, and his cronie coaches at season's end. We get a good draft pick, maybe 12th, and use our defense to make a run with a new coach. Love to see Weiss, just because our 4 great receivers.
