when was the last time a team ..... went 1 - 4 and made the playoffs???
i no im stupid for not giving up hope ... but i just can't give up yet...:dolphins:

I believe the 2002 Titans.
Only 9 teams have ever done it in NFL history.

You're right. They didn't go 1-5 though so if they lose next week you can kiss hope goodbye.

Well speaking for myself, which I'm still not qualified for, I still have hope that they can turn it around. I'm just not nearly as enthusiastic as I was.

If I remember correctly, one of the Charger teams did it a few years ago. However, they played really well in those early games and lost on weird plays or barely lost. The reason people are giving up hope on us is more about HOW we are playing...not that we are just losing.

Exactly, If we were losing by a field goal or by just an unlucky bounce thatd be one thing, we've just been sucking.

I think you could say we lost the last game on the PI call and the peele holding call that took us off the 4 yard line. if you really stretch it.:wink:
