WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME...

It is concerning.
Without that fluke of a stat we would have lost today.
We stole one win today.
Tua needs to play much better.
 
Hands down this was a collective effort from all facets of a team. I'm so proud of the Dolphins right now, living up North and seeing Buff beat New Eng was a added welc, now we need to beat everybody else in the AFC east to have a chance...
 
A win IS a win. But it was very ugly with tua and even though i dont agree with the we stole one logic, the rams did not play better and our defense owned them. Our defense just made more plays and got us the win. We can not win enough games this year unless the finz find a rb. Waaay, waaay to much tua hype leading up to all this and it was a poor performance by him all the way around. 1 positive, he didnt throw a bunch of int's.

The guy has one game under his belt on the NFL,. Do people expect him to be Peyton Manning. Yes, he needs to play better, but consider the fact that they may have shortened the playbook whe we got the big lead.
 
The Rams did a good job disguising their defenses and Tua was thinking at the snap while avoiding pressure.
The team won despite his uneven play.

I agree that "stole" is too strong a word, but punt return/turnover returns for TDs are kind of flukey to an extent and they can't be counted on week to week as a consistent source of points.

There are going to be games where the Offense will need to step up against an opponant.

We knew Tua against this great Defense, in his 1st start, after not playing a single game since last Nov, was not going to be lights out.

The Defense did what it had to do, thanks to great coaching, game planning, and incredible play from the players...That is not lucky or a Fluke.
 
Good ST set up good field position. Good pressure forces qb into hurry, I think we can count on that. Thats not flukey.

I have to admit sympathy for the Rams fans. As a long-time Dolphin fan, I've seen far too many games where every bounce and every big play went against me. I know how they felt in 1H.
That said, VERY impr4essed with the D. 17 points and one of those was short field.
