When will John Beck get the call?

No matter who starts this year. When do you think Beck will be ready and given a chance to start?

This is assuming everyone believes he was drafted exactly for that reason.

Opening day 2008. We will get Trent Green, he will come in and lead our offense and we will be fine. John Beck will do the exact approach the Bengals gave to Carson Palmer. No matter the success of Trent Green in 2007, John Beck is our guy in 2008. We can't wait around forever with Beck because before we know it, he'll be 30.

I would much rather go with Beck than getting Green who is one concussion away from being out for the year.
