For some reason whenever I hear undisclosed draft pick it is either one of two things

A. A late rounder like 6 or 7
B A Mid rounder that is conditional like a 5th that can elevate

It seems to me in this league undisclosed is a term that is used alot when it comes to conditional draft picks (because no one knows the terms of elevation)

I'm upset that we are trading away a pick for someone's 3rd stringer. However, we are in need of another arm, so ... if it's a 7th ... I can live with it.

Bill Parcels is dealing with his son-in-law. Of course it is only going to be a late round pick (5th or beyond). Any husband with half a brain knows not to piss off the wife's dad!!! I wouldn't be surprised to hear some team claiming collusion at some point. It looks like Miami and KC are able to add depth to each other's roster by working within the family just swapping late round picks back and forth. Not complaining...just saying :)

If it is a conditional pick, i hope its based on performance not just starts/in the game%. Hes one play away from being the main man in Miami, and nothing would kill me more than to have him come in, play like crap while in the process costing us a higher pick.

Thigpen is coming here to backup Henne, the pick is probably the same one we got from K.C. for Allmen and Ndukwe. If so, we sent two lineman who would have most likely been cut, for a QB insurance policy who has starting experience and can run a little. After seeing what FA QB's were out there, the trade would be well worth it.
