wher would you rather sit in dolphins stadium

ah the start of something great!!! I JUST BOUGHT MY SEASONS TICKETS!!!!!

My favorite spot would be on top of the rubble after the implosion.

Simply a miserable stadium, built at the end of the era when multipurpose facilities were in vogue. There really isn't a good seat period, especially compared to the pure football stadiums. Many of the cities that constructed multipurpose stadiums in the early to mid '70s have wisely gotten rid of them in favor of specialized stadiums.

My favorite spot to watch football in person is mid level in the center of the end zone with a good pair of binoculars, to use when the action is on the far end. Center high in the end zone gives the best view of the line play. You can see the one-on-one matchups and all the angles. I can always tell an ignorant watch-the-ball-only slob by someone who insists on sitting at the 50 or close. That's the type who slobbers over pantyhose football and can't understand why we don't throw on every play.

Tough call, I think I would take the endzone. This makes me think of the first time I sat in that exact same section when I was 13 years old. My dad was drunk, tapped me on the shoulder and pointed to a cheer leader about 15 yards away, "You see her, son? She will take all your money, your home, your car and your heart. Stay away from that woman"

Sorry, just brought up a funny memory

I wish i could have get my hands on the front row seat in the economy section farthest to the side right at the isle. So they would be great seats for almost nothing.

I'd rather sit in an air conditioned suite because that stadium is way too hot for a quadriplegic!

:shakeno:

The only thing wrong with Joe Robbie Stadium is that the seats are farther away from the field than most stadiums. There is not one bad seat in the house. A perfect unobstructed view from any, and every seat there.

I have season tickets upstairs home sideline row 19 seats 1 and 2 right on the isle. I got a chance to move downstairs to the following seats which are beeing held by me

Section 126 row 32 seats 7 & 8 ( puts me in last row, wall behind me which is a positive but sticks me in teh endzone on teh visitors side

section 122 row 30 seats 8 & 9 (corner seats, better view of feild, but even further onto the visitors side and not as much shade as 126(which doesn't have much either)

I could stay in 445 on the isle on the home side. Upstairs

LEt me know what you guys think..

Heres a layout:

I sat on the visitors side for a while, and I loved it. I was in the middle of the field though.

But I would jump at the 126 seats. Take them and start trying to get a few rows lower at any chance.

Right on top of that avatar that was taken down not too long ago!

I would sit where there is shade :). Hopefully I wont sit in the nosebleed section either.

gotta take what u can get. im happy that ill be able to be in the stadium making noise this season

I can agree with u muck on the heat down here in miami. However in comparison to other fans i have noticed that many dolphins fans are such fairweathered. For instance im from pittsburgh and the season ticket waiting list is over ten years long for a wait. I bleed aqua and orange and when i came down to the game against the steelers last year i noticed that the steelers fans took over the tailgating areas and were much louder. I would love to help be a motivating force to other fins fans to get loud and say f*** the heat. I mean i moved to miami and changed my way of life and where i live to get closer to the dolfans even in all the turmoil that last season provided us. I have a season ticket this year and look forward to watching the fins play

I just upgraded to Row 122 row 27 seats 17 and 18.. didnt have much left for downstairs and i jumped at the chance.. hope they are decent...

Actually, JRS was built as a football stadium back in the late 80s. It wasn't until the Marlins came into being that it was converted [to baseball].

Maybe time for Wayne to put up a roof? Have the roof cover just the fans (Like where the Cowboys play) and make the players sweat their a$$es off ....especially the opposing teams like the Jets, Jills, and Patsies.

NO WAY!!! I dont want a stadium by any means. I deal with the heat. People have been dealing with the sun and heat since the Canes were created and since the Fins have been around ('66) the Orange Bowl. We can take it too. If anything, just extend the outermost wall all around the top and just make it go up higher and that should help. But a ROOF?? HELL NAW!
