are we a have or a have not? I can't find on any site if we are a donar or a receiver in the new CBA, and exactly where we are in the line of teams. Has anyone seen or heard?:confused:

Miami is probabaly one of the top 15 teams in terms of local revenue, so I'd imagine they'd be giving 25% to the other 17 teams.
