Where does Neville Hewitt fit in?

I was really impressed with him week 17. Do we have a possible starter with him or just a spot player? I think his evaluation will impact our draft outlook at lb.

I think he has a future and will end up playing alot when Misi and/or Kiko get hurt or miss games

He's your safety/LB hybrid for subpackages and may get more looks in that setup based on his performance at the tail of last season.
 
I thought his size wasn't a problem depending on how you like your lbs. I view safeties hybrids at 225 or lower.

I thought he did well for an UDFA being thrust on a bad defense.

Let him get a true NFL offseason under his belt and see how he looks/plays once he goes through a NFL level conditioning program.

I think at first he'll be the WOLB backup, and his potential to possibly have a shot at a starting role will depend on what the team does in FA/draft
 
Well with the injury prone linebackers we currently have, dont be surprised if he starts at some point lol
