Where Has Cameron Wake Been Lately

Is he getting playing time. I see he got 1 tackle in the Jets Game but why are we not using him look what he did in Buffalo. I mean you would think after a 3 sack game and a forced fumble you would receive more playing time.

We should really get him him in the game n especially send him in on blitz packages.

he's exactly where i thought he'd be after the bills game ... i got flamed because i said to people to keep their hopes down and wait until he faces a true nfl caliber oline ...

i like wake, i think he's got potential, but right now he's trying to materialize that potential in flat out talent, and it won't happen overnight in a 3 sack game against the bills' backup offensive tackles...

The bills game didn't mean squat and i'd like to hear what everyone who thought the contrary has to say right now, because i got some heat for my comments ... (as always, when people are wrong, they hide... but i seek)

Well.. I was waiting for the daily Cam Wake thread, and here it is.


THE SIMPLE ANSWER IS HE IS NOT GOOD.......... If he was good, he would play more! It's as simple as that!

He tore up a 9'th string back-up Bills O-Lineman. Great job!!!!

Besides that, he has done NOTHING but get stuffed all game long vs any other team........

because the defensive coordinator is not thinking... porter is simply not producing. Wake should be getting some snaps...

I don't think that its that he is not good. I'm pretty sure Sparano favors the olbs he has starting and now with Roth back it looks like less time for Wake.

I think it has more to do with the coaching staff not wanting to hurt JT or JP's feelings than Wake's lack of talent, I mean how could he be any worse than JP especially in the second half the past few games.

As soon as the pass rush starts to look stagnant Wake needs to come in for at least a few snaps to at least give the OL something different to get used to.

Agree with roy, he is stuck behind two veteran leaders, fair or not. How some could say it is because he is not good is beyond me. He was on brees every play he was in and made sanchez scrambled on his one play. I would go as far as to way our second half defensive drop-off is because he is not in as he is the only one who gets consistent pressure. It is another head scratching personel decision.
