Where has Henne's speed come from?

brandon marshall trained at a program this off season where he says he regained his explosion. my guess is he shared his re-discovered explosion with henne.

Now that he is moving, they should work in some roll out passes, kills a defensive pass rush to hell. Houston rolls their guy out a lot. Watch how it confuses our already confused defense. If anything crosses us up Sunday its going to be the Texans roll out passing because they use play action along with it, killer.

The fact that Henne WILL take off with the ball puts defenses on alert.
You mean, for once it'll be the Dolphins burning other teams not the other way around. How many times has an opposing QB just strolled into the endzone?

At least he doesn't run like Odrick, that kid looked like he dropped a dookie in his pants.

Daboll seems to have a Dude, just make a big play attitude which I'm sure makes a big difference. Last year I swear the Dolphins had a No play, throw the ball away mentality and that crap comes from the top.

Speed hell?! I'm just glad that he lost that fold of fat on his forehead! It was blocking him from seeing his secondary receivers! In reality, I think overall he's lowered his fat to muscle ratio and anytime an athlete does that they are gonna be a better athlete than the fatter version. Hence the trimmer, speedier, less fat-headed Henne.

No idea but he's the 9th leading rusher in the AFC right now. That's pretty dope

its official, its a passing league.

Henne completely blows LOL

People said he had met his ceiling at Michigan are about to be proved wrong all season long - the QB we watched last year was also (looks to me) about 10 pounds heavier - did it ever cross anyone's mind that Henne improved on his conditioning and running in the off season knowing that he doesn't have a contract next year?

Fair to say that he isn't a touch passer he is a lot more Brett Favre than Tom Brady that's for sure - he is wise to add another tool to his game...

its almost as if henne was working out with his wife with the playbook in front of his face while on treadmill...ur somethin.

Did you see him almost fumble on his TD run. It was like he was freaking out because he couldn't believe they called a QB draw lol.

he was protecting the football by switching or seemingly switching the ball to non-player side.

IMO - Based on this picture above I say he looks as though he is down 10 pounds of body fat probably weighing in the 220 -225 range

it was a good idea to add that extra dimension to the offense. it a big thing for the defense to keep track of and might slow those rushers just a bit if they know he'll tuck in behind them and take off for 10 yards. I dont see how anyone can be disappointed in Henne after week 1. the guy was playing out of his mind and his presence was strongly felt. keep it up!

It is rather odd. He seems to actually have a little quickness to him. Maybe we had a scrambling QB this entire time and didn't know it? People don't really expect him to run it either which is good.

If Henne can/does play consistently every game like he did monday night, then it's safe to say we've FINALLY found our Franchise QB. keep it up Chad!!!
