Where I lost it.

How about missing another 4th and short, zero creativity.

How about Tannehill sliding on the previous play and coming up short forcing us to go for it on 4th and One? Or maybe the pass Tannehill threw over a wide open Wallace that could have put us up 14-0. Or the 3rd down dropped pass that could have gone for huge yards....or...ahhhh never mind....it just wasn't meant to be.

YESSSSSSSSSSSS. I just knew they wouldn't do a qb sneak. How effin hard is it to do a qb sneak with your 6 foot 4 inch qb?! You literally needed 2 inches. I can't stand the offensive coordinator...dude needs to go. Use your qb the right way. My god, that is when i gave up.

On that same play when the camera angle switched Starks could have made a play at the 5 yard line but his hands are on his hips standing there watching the season slip away.

Please let quitters leave and bring in football players with passion, instincts, toughness and a high motors

Why do we try a power run play on 3rd and 4th and short we we are a finesse team that consistently fails at power runs?

It's insane this staff continues to force **** that will not work and then be stubborn about it!

Get half a brain and use some sort of creativity and use finesse since we are finesse to get the yard. Just don't understand why the refusal to do plays that work for the players we have!

Yeah, me neither. We need a team of Grimeses. That guy WORKS! All the time that guy is playing hard.

Grimes was too productive. On a Ireland team, the punter is and will always be the best player. So Grimes is as good as gone, Ireland will see to that. Never mess with Irelands punter.

Only thing I can say is that Carroll has been playing with a significant rib injury much of the year. If this were a good organization and a well coached team that wasn't in the process of being on the brink of losing every game we may have been able to get one of our two talented but raw young DB's on the field, but since every game we've played in has been so fragile that putting Davis or Taylor in there for just a couple snaps could be the thing that loses the game for us, we weren't able to do that. Hooray for having wasted a season without getting our draft picks up to speed.

Sure the offense was stagnant, and the defense played like it was practice, but one play took me to another level of pissed offedness.

When Ellerbe was trying to stand up Geno at the one yard line, all by himself, Carroll walked over to the play and WATCHED!

Did anyone notice this? He could have ran over and placed a huge hit on Smith keeping him from scoring, at at the very least, try to rough him up from running into the endzone on us.

Carroll is a waste, please let him be one of the first to go!

I saw that too......drives me crazy.! Been seeing that all year. That why we need to clean house. You think a player on the Steeler D would of let that QB shot go

No, I wouldn't!

Or any player from the Seahawks or 49er's. Those coaches know how to extract every bit of competition out of their players. It's just not here in Miami.

Guys we have talent here, the COACHING and talent development SUCKS!

I'm done with Philbin. I was on the fence and trying HARD to give him some time to correct things, but these last two games is on him. If Buffalo didn't wake him up to get this team prepared, what will??

Personally, I want everyone, EVERYONE, assistant coach and up, GONE!

Who in the hell is saying we don't have talent? We have a center and punter in the probowl for crying out loud!!

The play where I lost my cool was on 3rd and 3, they call a WR screen to Wallace??? And lose 4 yards!!! They did a screen earlier in the game and it went no where. They also did a screen in last week's game and almost got Wallace killed. Mike Sherman is an a**clown.

I don't think the failure is in calling the power runs, I think the failure has to absolutely be that this coaching staff has entirely failed to prepare this team for when power football is needed. Being able to run the football and get a yard when the other team knows you are going to be running the football is a necessity at any level for success throughout a season. We're not asking these guys to break an 8 man defensive front and give us 5 yards. We're asking for a yard. We couldn't run it on third and short. We couldn't run it on 4th and short. We couldn't run it at the goaline. We couldn't run it with two minutes to go and trying to run out the clock.

We don't even have a natural fullback on the roster, and that is not by accident, but its also an unmitigated disaster. Our lack of running ability forced Tannehill to take more responsibility for his offense than any QB not named Peyton, though seeing as Knowshown Moreno had a stellar season, I'd debate that. If we needed a TD in the red zone, it had to be Tannehill. If we needed to convert short yardage, that had to be Tannehill. If we were leading with several minutes left, the one who had to seal the game was Tannehill, because the running game couldn't get it themselves. That's why, even though he seemingly choked in our last two games, I'm simply not ready to give up on him. This team forced him to do too much too quickly through its game management, roster construction, and mediocre defense that couldn't get off the field and couldn't resist letting other teams back in any game, and this was all while he was getting beaten at what was at one point in the season an NFL record rate.

too much to discuss here in lameness.....

but I have come to the conclusion starting completely over is a good idea.

soliai and starks gave no effort IMO and basically stole money.

grimes is only playing for his new contract elsewhere. I see a total housecleaning coming. the players hearts not in it.

I would resign McKinney but draft 2 tackles early. start there.

I knew we lost when hartline left game and Matthews dropped an easy he could have taken to the house.
