[FONT=lucida grande, tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif]One thing I notice about this team is that the press conferences are all generic robotic gibberish. Where is the passion? Everyone calls Brady a bitch when he whines and is upset when they lose, so what does he do? He wins the next game. All of us who get labeled as being fake fans and stupid **** like that because we're tired of this BS every year have passion. Passion is part of football. This team is ran by robots and zombies. Where is the heart and leadership in big games? Ultimately that is the biggest problem with the coaches.

No heart, No leadership, no creativity

Just robotic stay the course nonsense. The fans are more fired up than the team. Look at the stadium. It was loud; the fans were crazy in the Patriots game. The fans are there (even though people blame them); they are hungry. The team isn't.

That is why I do not see a future with Philbin. I'm not going to run through a wall for somebody who says "we didn't make enough plays" in a press conference after a devastating loss that just ended the season. .

weak sauce secretaries running the organization.

Agreed the team has no passion. The owner has no passion and the coaching staff has no passion.Iam a diehard dolphin fan but i tell people i don't sail on the good ship lollipop. This team is in serious trouble we could be even worse next year.I guess winning is not a tradition here anymore.I will always say i love the dolphins if they are 0 and 16 or 16 and 0 but this is pathetic.

That's what you get when your coach only wants 'yes' men around

A Brutal head coach who wants 53 robots on the team, and no outspoken leaders. You got what you wanted Philbin.
