Without Pennington we are nothing. Him and Ronnie are the best players in our offense and hes the leader of our team. Henne sucks and will never be anything more than a 3rd string playbook holder.
 
I'm tired of all you sort of fans. I don't get why some guys are so quick to criticize our own players. It's almost as if you guys rather be right than see players succeed. Henne will never be anything more than a 3rd string playbook holder? I'm as big of a Pennington supporter as you'll find, but I sure as hell hope this doesn't happen.
 
whats funny is all the Henne lovers will blame his poor performance on the play calling. Although the playcalling was atrocious the whole game, as it has been for the past 2 weeks as well, Henne still showed he doesnt have what it takes to be starting. Yeah, you can say he didnt really have an opportunity because he came in half way thru the game and didnt take all the reps in practice with the team this past week but youd be lying to yourself if thats what you think.

and whats hilarious is all the Henne lovers who said Pat Whites balls are gonna get swatted by the D Line because hes so small...whats Hennes excuse for gettin 2 balls batted down?

Pennington does give us the best chance to win, Henne lovers wanna admit it yet?

I wouldve loved nothing more than to see Henne light it up when he came in, he got his opportunity and stunk it up. He threw a crucial interception and put the game out of reach.
 
Henne just simply sucks like I have thought all along. Hopefully we can find a way to get Colt Mccoy in the draft.
 
It's ashame we're 0-3, lost Pennington to injury, and watched Henne struggle. However, I will be supporting the Phins and Henne next Sunday when we host Buffalo. We may be winless (and looking to start 1-7 or 0-8 on paper), but we're still 0-0 in AFC East and I'm anxious to see how our team responds against Buffalo next week.

What's your point? Pennington didn't do much either. Quite hating on Dolphin players just so you can feel smarter.

Why don't you give henne a couple starts and time with the 1st stringers before we have to hear your BS.

i lol'd before when i read someone say you cant judge Henne yet because he doesnt have the talent around him to succeed in miami, yet these are the people who say Pennington sucks. Some people on this forum are just simply retarted and are so far from reality its unbelievable.
 
Wanting to see what we have in Henne right now is not Pennington hating. Penny is not the future, never was. I am very happy that we are going to give Henne full starter reps in practice and give him every opportunity to see what he can do. It is not about hating Pennington. I would love for him to be the back up here for two years. I just want to find our true starting quarterback. I have always said it might not be Henne, but I want to know asap. I do predict right now that we will kill the Bills with Henne.

What about Penny throwing not 1 or 2 or 3 but 4 INTS against BALT? Didn't Suggs take one to the house. What about Peterson in ATL? Keep blaming a guy who came in for a qt and a half.
Penny and his 8-12 54 yrds in 2+qts was some good stuff huh?
 
What sucks the most is that Ryan, Flacco, now Sanchez all did so well from their very first NFL games. You can even include Brady and Cassell as players who were thrown in with no experience and went on to do a good job, and in the case of Brady, win super bowls. It's just frustrating that we haven't found a consistent QB since Marino. Henne has time, but I was never sure about him. We'll see. I hope he plays well next week, if Pennington is out.
 
i can't believe that people are saying henne sucks. Firstly, he didn't even practise with the first team offense. Henne is the future either you like it or not. Henne did throw an int, but came right back and led us to a touchdown drive.
