What happened to Joey, was he like not on the field in this game?

it seemed to me he wasn't rushing all out... like maybe he had spy responsibilities on Thigpen oh his side of the field a lot of the game...

dont know, he would engage the blocker then back off it seemed...

He inspired the team by wearing a t-shirt through warmups, then spent the game in the locker room getting treated for frostbite.

Porter was sliding all over the tundra like every other defensive player on both teams..

I dont care about his stats. I care about wins.

Defenses are locking down on porter and double teaming him. Someone else needs to step up, it seems like Nathan Jones has stepped up and Anderson and Roth need to in this next game.

Seems like he was just .. there the whole game, in fact, he was so caught up on spying that Larry Johnson literally ran RIGHT by him

If I rushed the passer on every play I think I could get a sack or two every game. If he played the run well then I think he would be an upper echelon defensivr player but he does not and is not. I would take a second round pick for him and free up some money without thinking twice. I for one am not a big "peezy" fan.

1. Double Teams
2. In the 2nd half, it seemed our pass rush was more of a contain and not a all out rush. We needed to be protected in case Thigpen would run. So the edge rushers shouln't go all the way up the field, it was more of a contained pass rush that forced early throws instead of sacks.

There was a reason Chad was sacked 0 times and Thigpen was barely touched. The field was in poor condition. Will Allen slipped a bunch of times. Larry Johnson and their rookie RB were both able to get a lot of big runs on misdirections because it was so hard for the defense to change direction. Plus, Porter had to be careful of going around the edge because Thigpen was a threat to take off and run all game.

I fully expect him to be in Favre's face all game, both during and after the play.

I just watched the 1st matchup against the Jets.....Ugh, Ginn really screwed the pooch on that last drive that coulda won it for us...No room for rookie mistakes this game.

well i think he was trying to help cover somebody not much of that in the game either they didnt let us blitz them to much in this game.

If that's true, he blew it big time!

Yup, Ginn's fault we had to have a TD at the last second to win. Can't blame the two defenders who stood there and watched BF's duck go for a TD.
