I'm just now watching the highlights from the Dallas at Carolina game and it must be great for the Panthers to play infront of a packed stadium every game.

It was embarrassing to watch the game today... I think it'd be a stretch to say that even half the seats were filled. Where were the fans today? We have won 5 straights, and I do realize the Titans aren't a very exciting opponent to play, but wow.

Is Miami just not as big of a sports town as some of the other teams?

Its Christmas Eve. Lots of people have traveled out or are with family

Have you watched any highlights today from other games? Mostly every stadium was packed today...

Dude, it was Christmas Eve and the game didn't mean anything. The crowd was actually better than I expected.

Did the Carolina/Dallas game have playoff implications?

AND stop guessing how many fans are there unless your there to see it. The stadium was by no means full, but far from half empty. People watching on TV have absolutely no clue as to whats going on at the game.

Go to a game, and walk around just as the game starts, and just after the third quarter. You'll see thousands of fans trying to get food and drinks, trying to use the bathroom, or just hanging around at the bars watching TV. At the bars you can watch every single football game on over 10 TV's. That's where a lot of the eye candy hangs out.

Where were you?

Please, not another "Miami fans stink" thread. I thought that it looked like a pretty good crowd for Christmas Eve considering the game had no implications.

I would've been there if i had the chance. I want to move to Miami just to see them play. Then I'd be at every game

Head swelling.... going to explode..... Pissed oofffffff.....

Ok finally we can be done with these f'n threads!!!!!

Did they show the wave we had going for like half a quarter? did they show you how understaffed the stadium was and how i had to wait in line for 45min to get food for my pregnant wife? Did they show the chants and cheers inside and outside of the stadium.

No it wasn't full but it wasn't empty either and the fans that were there are the ones that are always there and we are plenty loud. I'm so glad all of you can get off our backs at least untill next season.

Signed someone who was at all 8 home games till the clock ran out!!!!

Why does it matter of the game had playoff implications? Do you not support your team whether they are good or bad? Or are you bandwagon fan waiting to jump onboard when the Dolphins are playoff bound once again?
It was embarrassing to see yesterday as the stadium WAS half empty. Most other stadiumns were full and ours was pathetically empty. Everyone had Christmas stuff to do and blah, blah, blah. Same everywhere in the nation.
People watching on TV have no clue what is going on at the game? So there were 35,000 people watching TV's and mingling checking out eye candy? Yeah, i'm sure. And it's South Florida, there is eye candy everywhere.

I was in Charlotte, NC and it is not economically feasible for me to hop a plane 8 times a year but I do go see them when they are close: Jax, Atlanta, Charlotte, Tenn. My college team is an hour and half away but I have season tickets and have not missed a game in 5 years. I support my teams every chance I get. I know people on this forum hate the fan bashing but yesterday was ridiculous and embarrassing. Go see your team if you can and don't be a bandwagon, fairweather fan. When I can afford to hop a plane and see the Phins in Miami, you can bet I'll be there.

You must have been the only one. I didn't go to any of the games this year but it looked like 40,000 fans showed up dressed as orange seats again yesterday.

The wave? Who careas about the wave? Does doing the wave make someone a better fan? Showing up does and you did so I say thank you to you. It's those people who wouldn't go yesterday but would go to the Patriots game with the division on the line. Every game means something.

Then stop complaining about the fans. If you aren't going to be there, don't complain.
