Where will L.T. go next year?

so with all of this controversy over the LaDainian Tomlinson, where do u guys think he will end up if he doesnt go back to San Diego?

here are the teams that i think LT might possibly go to:

1. New England Patriots.... yeah I know. They get everyone. it sucks....but with Lawrence Maroney underachieving, and if Cassel gets traded for some picks...I wouldnt be surprised if Belicheat goes for him

2. Arizona Cardinals...Edge wants out. the cardinals might trade/release him then they will have that other second year player Hightower, but with LT on their roster they will have the greatest offensive duo since Boldin and Fitzgerald.

3. Tampa Bay Bucaneers- their RB situation is not very clear and with this new coach, i wouldnt be suprised if Tomlinson was wearing a Bucaneers uniform next year

also possibly: broncos, bears, packers...though thats highly unlikely

and i doubt he wants to go to oakland, detriot, or seahawks

He'll still be a Charger. They have no one to replace him at this point, so he'll be around at least one more year.

I'll bet they really regret not giving Turner the $$$.

They screwed up, they should have kept the guy they traded to Atlanta & traded LT.

I don't know. I don't think he's really the leader of that team anymore. I think if they got rid of him they'd be just fine. He's going to be 30 next season and his production wasnt all that in 2008. People can say "well it was injuries" but thats the point. A 30 year old running back with injury issues isn't something a team wants. Plus he's a big :'-(

It's easy to say that now but it's not like LT sucked this year, he had over 1,100 yards and 11 tds. Turner will slow down ], watch .....he had 395 carries this year, runningbacks can't carry the load that much and live a good career to tell about it... Larry Johnson,Shaun Alexander,hell our very own Ricky Williams anyone?

LT is going to the Patriots for a first and a second round pick after New England trades Cassel to Kansas city for 2 firsts. Watch for it, that is all I'm saying.

Cassel = 2 first round picks

LT = A first and a second round pick

I can't see him leaving San Diego. He is still a great player, but one that is picking up more injuries than he used to due to his advancing years. I say keep him and put plans in place for his replacing, including the re-signing of Sproles.

It would be stupid of the Chargers to dump LT so quickly, in my opinion.
