Where will the Phins go to fill the holes in the roster?

Everyone knows the holes the Dolphins have at starting LG and T, and the need for options at starting TE, CB, S and maybe QB, and it seems BP, Ireland & Co. don't seem interested in the remaining UFA's. Thus, my question is where will the Phins go to get the players for those positions? We have four alternatives: the draft, restricted FA's, players to be cut by other teams and within our current roster. In the draft I only consider players taken in rounds 1-3 as potential starters on year one, so I counted only 4 picks.

Here's my take:
LT: Draft (Jake Long?)
LG: Player to be cut/RFA (I don't think BP wants to start two rookies on the left side of the line)
TE: Within our roster (David Martin, Justin Peele & Sean Ryan will have to do at least for next season).
CB: Draft (Charles Godfrey?)
S: Draft (Marcellous Johnson?)
QB: Draft (Joe Flacco?)

I think we'll have a couple years of silly putty to fill the holes. Meaning it will probably be second stringers and rookies.

I think that a TE should be drafted.....considering you only list 4 draft picks, we could also use one on Te.

I wouldn't be upset to see a safety brought in to compete, but I don't see why we couldn't go in with Bell, Hill, Allen and K.Davis.

I see us drafting 2-OL, 1-DL, 1-DE/LB, 1-QB, 2-DB minimum. If we have a compensatory pick add 1-LB. If we trade JT and add two more picks, add 1-RB & 1-OL. In no particular order.
