If we just would have tanked after starting 0-7 in 2011. The Colts got it right. Go threw the misery of 1 crap season to get a true NFL ready elite QB out of college for the next 15 years. A playmaker that makes BIG PLAYS and is a WINNER! No 5-7 yard check downs. YEAH, YEAH, YEAH, Tannehill completed 2 ducks that Wallace bailed him out on both times this Sunday. To the fanatics he's now shaping into form right? Those plays were all Tannehill right? 15 friggin years and we are getting ready to commit to this guy? I'm tired of the incompetence of this organization. It seems like we have become a fan base of religious fanatics that blindly cheer just to make it to the playoffs (If they make it to the playoffs) to get eliminated in the first round. I'm tired of it. This is a QB driven league. The rule changes of the past 5 years have made it a QB driven league. If you don't got one. You're screwed.

You are giving Ireland way too much credit. He takes RGIII with the first pick.

Today we would of had a QB that threw for 187 yards and had a completion percentage of just over 50%, with 2 TD's and 1 pick.

As opposed to our QB that went for 347 yards and 1 TD (caught and 1 dropped and one misplayed) and 2 Int's, and a completion percentage of over 60%.

BTW just so ya know Luck hasn't outplayed Tannehill against common opponents like New England and Denver.

Ill take Luck over Tannehill. Thanks tho.

So only blind religious fanatics can post?

Got Curtis Painter? Bagging groceries but Yes...they could get him
Got A broken neck 37 yr old HOF QB on Roster? (He is fine but needs to go to get LUCKy)
Have a history of 10+ win seasons for over a decade? Sure but losing is so much easier
Need to get LUCKy?

No problem...Say Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Beetlejuice and the NFL will turn its head as you deftly maneuver around all the perennial losers to gain your star for the next 20 years

Still the biggest sham in NFL history and for anyone to compare Ryan T to Andy Luck is ludicrous. The minute that guy hit Indy they started winning "again"...period.

Yep.

Colts will be making playoffs for years to come...We will be stuck in mediocrity.

I hope you all that wanted to win enjoyed those wins.

Same place with a crap o-line and a D that opens like flood gates. The QB isn't the issue on this team.....regardless of how bad "some" of you want it to be.

Seems like I remember you being all in on Chad Henne during his time here....Could we be wrong again?
Not saying we are but I'm pretty sure most of us supported Chad until the end and thought it was everybody else but him however now we all know it was pretty much he sucked eggs and is about done. Can we be sure this time? Is RT the man? I hope so but I don't know that we should jump all over his support wagon just because he is "The One" under center. I kind of want results ...I want to win and so far after 3 seasons we have not. We could have kept Chad and been in the same place far as I can tell. Losing seasons are easy....anyone can do it.

*Sigh* Once again, I was a member of the "Suck For Luck" team, but it didn't happen. Let it go already. This team has much bigger issues than Ryan Tannehill and I have seen enough out of him to believe that if we correct those issues that he will be fine. You people that sit around pining over Andrew Luck are more ridiculous than the "blind religious fanatics" that you seem to have so much contempt for.

Damn you Matt Moore for being a decent QB!

even had henne played the entire season that year, we prob dont suck enough to get luck.

the colts i believe went 2-14 that year. i would have to assume even with henne all 16 games, we still go 3-13 or better.

bottom line is, we were never awful enough to get luck, as much as we wanted it. it was just way too hard to suck worse than the colts that year.
