They probably don't have them ready yet since he just signed last week. You could always do a custom jersey from nfl store and just put the name as culpepper with the #8 on it. Your best bet to finding a culpepper jersey is probably online right now. I know the Cowboys already had T.O. jerseys made before he even signed.
