Where's Eddie Jackson?

I looked at the roster on the Miami Dolphins official website and CB Eddie Jackson is not listed on it. I thought he was re-signed. Wasn't he an exclusive rights free agent? What happened to him?? Does anyone know??

i believe we signed him to a 1 year tender? i think it was at the same time we signed bell right?

The Miami Dolphins today re-signed safety Yeremiah Bell and cornerback Eddie Jackson to one-year contracts. Both players had been exclusive rights players.
Jackson was awarded off waivers from Carolina just prior to the start of the 2005 regular season. He appeared in 15 games with Miami, including one start. He recorded two tackles on defense while posting 12 tackles on special teams, a figure which ranked fourth on the club.

Not being listed on the Dolphins Official site could be a mistake but probably means something happened. Since Saban took charge insignificant player moves like the practice squad are not always announced. Last year two players disappeared from the roster and it turned out NFL Europe was responsible for their injury rehabilitation.

However, it is odd that on the Dolphin official site roster they have Deke Cooper now listed with Jackson's old number, 35. Is a puzzlement?
