Did Reggie Howard even play this game. You could tell the difference, on 3rd down they didn't have a garunteed open man without Reggie on the field.

Either Reggie played and he played well so you never saw his name (nature of being a CB)
or
He just didn't play and as a result the secondary played 10 times better (still not great but definatly no where near as bad with Howard out there)

Doctors classified him as Fire wood and we burned him, kinda like what everyone else does to him... Mmmmmmm Smokey!

He was inactive today. Didnt play at all.

He was a scratch and I hope he remains that way unless hes a good addition to the special teams!

I was hoping Howard had been dealt to a team from NFL Europe for a case of Heineken.

Kiwaukee Thomas played well in his place. The secondary as a whole has gotten much better.

I find it funny that two waiver wire guys, a rookie, and a CB past his prime are all better than a free agent we paid 25 million for who has been to the superbowl.

All I am saying is Saban has not inherited much talent in the secondary, we all knew that. But as the season went on I started to think it was a Saban problem with the poor play from our secondary. Especially since he is a former CB and thats his specialty.

But seeing Thomas and Jackson, two waiver wire guys (meaning no one wanted them), play better than Howard made me happy. Now I know it is not Saban and simply it was one very very piss poor excuse for a player that caused all of our 3rd and long problems.
