Has he signed with any one yet? I know he wanted to play another year.

I wouldn't mind having him back, except for one issue....HEALTH!
Agree!
Great player, excellent LB, awsome person, but his last seasons have been terrible in health issues.:shakeno:

Seau will most likely retire, the odds of us resigning him are slim to none.. If he signs anywhere it will probably be with San Diego so he can retire as a Charger.. Their just realistically isn't a place for him on this ball club anymore.. I love his enthusiasm but the fact of the matter is that he is done...

Yeah, it would be fitting for him to sign a one day contract with the Chargers and then retire.

Great guy, first ballot hall of famer.... But he's done...

Exactly....Too, bad he couldn't be healthy and give us one more good year.

dont see any problem with bringing him back and playing him situationally to try to keep him healthier, if nothing else, he is a great influence on young linebackers.

That would be nice....but I think we need the roster space. :boohoo:

I have a feeling he will be back in some aspect with the phins or chargers. He was awesome at coaching the young linebackers. He will probably lay low and see how things play out. We may dedicate an LB spot to him if nothing better is available for the money. I would like to see him on our sidelines in some respect.

I'd say the smart money is just on your thought here, but it's also possible that he waits around until after the draft and rejoins us...I say this because of the type of player he is. He doesn't want to retire yet and feels, because of his last two seasons with us, where he was actually having pretty good years until the injuries hit him, he wants another shot at playing..JMO, but it kind of fits the type of person he is.

you'll see him again in 5 years when he goes into the hall
