I'm not sure Zach or JT are locks either.
They are great players but I don't think you could put them in a group of best players ever as of yet.
The ring of honor should be for Dolphins that would be the best on any team in any era. Just my opinion.

Chambers has a long way to go before getting that kind of consideration.

Personally, while I love both Zach and JT I have to pass at this moment.
I don't think we have anyone on our roster at this point that deserves ROH

I couldn't agree more. I mean look at the list, that is an awful damn short list and we're supposedly going to add JT, ZT and all these other guys from the current team? Hate to break it to you guys, but IT AIN'T HAPPENING! I think JT and ZT are the only guys on this team right now who should get consideration, but I think they both fall short and by more than just a little bit.

Chambers is going to have to string together about three or four more 1,000 yard seasons in order for him to get on that ring. JT and Zach imo, should be on it, but they`ve played on some pretty mediocore teams lately, but hopefully that changes this year, and they continue playing their usual all-pro caliber ball, otherwise they might not make it on there.

I think marino should get one, honestly all those years he's played for us, and all those years we've made it to the playoffs and we get crushed...

I think marino Deserves it

Ring of Honor Current players

Well Zach Thomas is a lock and Jason Taylor will be there with him. Don't you have to retire a Dolphin to be there? If so, I think they will be a lock.:dolphins:

Hey man dont bite on Manny he is going to be a Monster on DEFENCE.....
He definitely scared Saban when he started crying.. No seriously..let him make the starting lineup and get two sacks and three pressures in a game..and we will start actually watching his play more closely. he's probably a fine young man who needs to toughen mentally as to catch up with the size of his body and strength he has. He is playing against real men that have experience and they will set him up and test his mental game. Lets see how he reacts...cool head or getting played until he learns the rope of the NFL, which can either mean not for long, or he can make it HIS playground and push others around for a living. He got here, he has less than 10% chance of playing more than 5 yrs as a starter, due to talent and injuries. Lets hope he makes it. Maybe we can get the sheriff, Tim Bowens to tutor him.

Right now - TODAY ....

Jason Taylor and Zach Thomas ...

Chris Chambers is no where near that at this point .... if he puts up at least 3 more years of #s then he'll have great potential.

Surtain WAS a possibility ... but doubt it now ... Madison may not have the #s ...

Culpepper and Brown both have LOTS of work to do .... Culpepper would have to be here for at LEAST 5 seasons and bring at LEAST 1 SUPER BOWL since his tenure as a PHIN will be ~ 5 years [too short]

Brown has to be a PHIN for a 2d contract ... he has much to do ...

Same with Channing Crowder ... both have great potential ... but need both accomplishments and tenure.

Manny Wright is just such a reach right now .... he has potential ... let's get at least 1 good year out of him 1st though ....

People are forgetting about McMicheal ... he also stands a great chance ... but also has much work to do - read #s ..... he could turn into a victim of the system - who knows ... but 5 years from now we will have a great picture of who stands to gain entry ...

Along of course with 2 SUPER BOWL WINS !!
