who do you miss more between Zach Thomas and JT?

Mine is of course Zach. He was quite possibly one of the smartest defensive players in recent memory a great leader, and a tackleing machine. jt was great in his time, but he has already been replaced with wake. Zach will be a whole lot harder to replace, and still hasnt been replaced.

thats just my opinion. whats yours?

Zach, and there's a Zach Thomas 2.0 sitting in this draft if we get lucky enough to get him.

Who?

I wasn't around for the primes of their careers, but it sure was emotional seeing JT go. I'm sure Zach's retirement was way more sad

I voted for Zach but thats just because he has been gone longer.
if i had a Son in the making right now the names would be chosen
from the 4 first names

Zach, Thomas, Jason, or Taylor.

just my 2 cents.

I voted JT. His 2006 season under Saban was just so awesome to watch...it was almost a given that he would make a game-changing play every game that season. Love both of them though. Tough to say who is more replaceable though...

Zach: "No thanks, Belicheat, Iwouldn't be caught dead in that uniform -GFYS"

JT: "Where do I sign up Rex?"

3 guess who I voted for

Went with Zach. since I do think JT has a little thing left in the tank. He even admitted to wanting to play another season just to pass Strahan I believe it was, but no team would want him..

You got that right?? You don't know??

We lost to the patriots in the last game of the season.

Zach's wife was driving him home & he got rear-ended HARD with whiplash ... by a Patriot's fan no less!!

Zach never really recovered fully & never played another game for us. Played a little in Dallas.

Sad ending for a dominant legend!!

(And to rub salt into the wound, his replacement was Channing Chowder!! ugh!! ... who Zach always dogged for not being dedicated enough!)

Players are replaceable, the Orange Bowl was not. I miss the early '70s teams but few of the subsequent stiffs.

Actually, if I had to choose it would be Taylor, once of the great explosive talents in franchise history. The pass rush is one of the vital game changing aspects of the sport.

I'm never impressed by gratuitous slop. That's what a voiced choice of Zach Thomas amounts to. It's a cheap way to take advantage of the guaranteed animosity toward Taylor for joining the Jets.
