Which GM candidate would you prefer?

Kahn from Pitt or DeCosta from the ravens would be my top 2
 
Duke Tobin. He has been quietly putting together a decent team in Cinnci..."through the draft"; unlike Ireland who only likes to talk about it....not actually do it...

I agree. Gaine would just be a "nepotism" selection...keeping the suck sucking...

We need change from outside the organization...not from within....
 
I would like to get Tony Dungy if he'd be interested. If not go completely different direction with Jason Taylor. I've heard Omar Kelly mention his name as a candidate for the GM job.
 
I would like to see Tony Dungy, if he would even want to do it. If Dungy doesn't want it a like the idea of Jason Taylor getting a shot at it.
