Robot philbin needs to be fired.Other teams already fired the coaches,what is ross waiting for?I want a coach that knows what hes doing, a passional and winning dude that will rub it off on his players.

Dynasty not mediocrity.

I want the DC from the 49er's, or either of the Gruden bros

I really prefer Defensive Head Coaches though.

It's hard for me to really have a good feel for him one way or another because his track record is great when he's got Kurt Warner or Philip Rivers, and terrible when he's stuck with Matt Leinart or John Skelton.

But considering that I'm very bullish on Ryan Tannehill, I could definitely spring for that.

I say, Whisenhunt or Todd Bowles, I think Todd did a great job as HC after Sparano was fired going 2-1 and did a masterful job with the Cardinals defense this yr......


Funny Todd beat the Bills in Buffalo lost to the Pats in NE by 3 on Christmas eve and beat the Jets at home to close out the season.....
