There aren't much building blocks on the team, but who are the players that Miami can legitamately say that are core pieces of a future winning team and cut ends with everyone else?

Reshad Jones?
Devante Parker?
Suh?
Xavien Howard?
Jarvis Landry?
Matt Darr?
Laremy Tunsil?

is that it, anyone else?

Tunsil without a doubt as well as landry, Jones, Darr, Howard, Parker.

I'd hold on to Drake and Caroo as well. Rookie contracts and still an unknown quantity at this point. Drake has shown some flashes in his limited snaps.

Half those guys could be retired by the time Ross decides to get off his ass and fire Tannenbaum.

Parcells turned over about 28 of the 53 year one IIRC. Should be a higher number. If there wise they start shopping talent to acquire picks. The only guys I keep are

Tunsil, Steen, Landry, Parker, Suh, Jones, Howard, Denney, Darr

Ship them all to the Browns for their 1,000 draft picks with the exception of the mentioned few.

Offense:

RB: Drake, Ajayi. Both on rookie contracts. Replaceable? Sure. See how FA and the draft goes first.
WR: Landry, Parker, Carroo, Grant. 3 out of the 4 on rookie deals.
TE: Sims. Replaceable, but no need to cut just to cut.
OL: Tunsil, Steen.
DL: Suh, Phillips.
LB: Alonso. Best of the gang. Not sure if that means much. FA
CB: Howard
S: Jones.

And I guess any rookie who still has term that doesn't suck that I overlooked.

It should be total rebuild mode. There is not 1 guy on this roster I really care about and hasn't been for a long time. We haven't had a true star on this team since Ricky.

I see some ppl adding Drake in there, I'd agree. He had some nice quick runs yesterday that looked Lamar Miller-esque. With some good run-blocking he could do some real damage in the future.

I'm not feeling high on Stills -- that TD was great yesterday, but he seems to struggle more often than not. Paying up for this guy seems like a mistake.

Yeah Miami should try to trade him. Miami needs a ton of picks. They should try to acquire like 10+ picks for an entire draft.

Pretty much. Add Denney, Sims, Drake, Pouncey, and Kiko.
