I believe the answer to your question would be Mr. Daunte Culpepper:D
 
heres a couple facts for you....in 2003 on the best damn sports show period he threw the ball easily 85 yards. in his senior workout at Central florida he was kneeling on on knee at the 50 yard line and threw it past the goal posts. he was named the strongest qb ever in the nfl when he was drafted in 1999 by many fitness magazines and such. and the fins got him for a 2nd round draft choice?
 
I heard Brett Favre used to show off his strong arm by throwing the football into the upper deck during warmups when he was a Falcon.

I would also add Carson Palmer and new NFL rookie QB, Jay Cutler. But yeah, Favre, Culpepper and Bledsoe have CANNONS for arms.
 
It pains me to say this, 'cause I can't stand him, but Mike Vick throws bombs! He could'nt hit water if he fell out of a boat. But he can launch 'em.

Hah, that's true. He does have a strong arm, very innacurate though, but sometimes, the receivers run fast enough to catch it. Hahaha.
 
Well I'm sure alot of Qb's can bomb it but its how accurate it is.I would say Culpepper.
