CWood's downfall is a combination of never having trained in the offseason and dropping too many interceptions. If CWood would have caught 50% of the interceptions he dropped both last year and the year before, his numbers would be completely different.

This could be a big year for CWood. For the first time in his career, he is participating in the Raiders off season workout program. Plus teams are not going to be able to avoid him as much this year if Buchanon can stay healthy. Finally, this is the last year of his current contract. The Raiders are willing to pay him top 5 money, but he has to earn it this year...

ALLEN and PETERSON of the Giants are the two best young corners in the league, after MADISON AND SURTAIN of course! I've seen alot of GIANTS games, and they are SHUTDOWN Corners much like ours, in a couple of years (2 yrs) they are going to be an elite PAIR OF CB's. The Giants sometimes get passed on because of there DIME CB's (SEHORN...let go, and some other guy) THEY ARE BOTH QUICK, atletic and BALLHAWKS...

GO PHINS! MADISON and SURTAIN by far though are the best CB TANDEM in the league!

How is Winfield and Woodson on there? They aren't too younger than Madison. Surtain is 26, so they should qualify.

Will Allen and William Peterson are the most underrated cornerbacks in the NFL.
