So after three very different games I only have one question:

Who are the Dolphins??

We played a tight game wiht the Jets and had a shot at winning. We then got blown out and looked suspect in D and made many stupid penalties and had no offensive stride. Now we look like a complete team. I know that we are not a SB contender right now but I do think that the REAL Dolphins might have been finally seen this weekend. At least i hope we resemble the team on Sunday gouing forward.

What do yall think??

As a fan you always try to see what you want to see. There will some bumps in the road we will continue to improve. I'm going to curb my excitement and enjoy the victory!

The only way we'll know is the game vs San Diego and then on the road at Houston. If the Phins are 2-3 after those games, I'd expect a few more wins after that at least

I would say we are somewhere between what we were against the JEts game and against the Patriots. I definately think we still have a huge whole against the long pass, and as long as we provide pressure we will be ok, but the second our pass rush slows down we are in trouble.

Starting Hill as a starter is a start, but I still think Will Allen is below average corner, I dont know what everyone sees in him.

We're somewhere between Arizona and New England, but obviously that's an enormously broad range. I think we're a little better than we were against the Jets, and the team looks to be coming together.
As much as an aboration the Cardinals game was, yesterday probably was too. However, we are a growing team and games like yesterday do wonders for a team's confidence. Never have I been so upset about a bye week coming up. I want to see this team play again right now lol.
If we beat San Diego coming up, we can start to make some noise.

I.. like most reasonable fans will celebrate with tempered enthusiasm. far too often have we been set up for the fall by this team. But our dominance yesterday was just too much to ignore.

Teams can now scheme against the 'Wildcat' plays.. and I hope we won't resort to trickery to winning every week.

This is a question that will be answered by the end of October.

I doubt we will know for at least two more games. The coaches are still learning the players, and the units are still learning to work together. I am very encouraged after that win, but I am cautiously optimistic until I see some consistency. I still believe it could be consistently good, consistently bad, or worse consistently inconsistent.

I think you are right, trickery will not get you wins, however the line still had to open holes and the catches still had to be made. I believe we are where are team stats are, right in the middle of the league. If Chad and the WRs and the oline keep geling this team could play well this year. I think the defense is going to be good. Great win, great game to watch...looking forward to the game against SD, Its going to be insane!!!

I think most real levelheaded dolphins fans realize that this week was different because of COACHING. That is what made all the difference here. There was an actual defensive gameplan in place where our players didn't look like they were lost like in arizona.

That being said, it will be a damn tough challenge against a hungry san diego team. I wouldn't want to be the jets tonight.

Let's just hope that we have a good gameplan in place against them and that we don't let the "feeling" fade in 2 weeks. Me personally, I am not expecting to beat san diego, however I just want to see a gameplan and some effort. I can take losing for sake of the bigger picure IF I see guys that are hungry and we just simply get beaten for the sake of not matching up against a better team.

San Diego IS a better team so don't get mad if we lose. However, when we play to our strengths instead of guarding against our weaknesses all game, then we put ourselves in a position to compete and hopefully win.

Which team is the real one....all three of course.
Haha. That is true

I agree wiht some earlier posts. i believe we arebetter than the AZ game but not a powerhouse like we looked like in the NE game.

We are a work in progress but an improving one.

best game in a long time for me, i had a non stop smile on my face all day yesterday...i think the team yesterday is a hint of what we can be, but i wouldnt expect them to shop up every sunday. I think they have some more upsets in them this year, but the trick plays probably wont work again for a while, teams will plan against them now. If we can beat the bolts then ill give some hope for the playoffs, but for right now i think they are more like the team from week 1
