talent wise the 2007 team was worse, but because of this teams complete lack of drive and total apathy i think they're much worse overall

How are you ranking the offense? They were 10th in the league in total yards coming into this game.
 
The 2007 team was worse but this 2011 team will end up being a bigger disappointment.

Of course that 2007 team brought us Jake Long. Let's hope the 2011 team brings us a better and much more important position/player in Andrew Luck.

Then all is forgiven and forgotten.

If another 1-15 season brings us Andrew Luck, then believe me, it will be worth it watching the Dolphins over the next 12+ years with Luck under center leading this team as a perennial playoff contender year-in and year-out
 
cleo lemon teddy skinny ginn and and and i cant remember who else was on that team. i think they all got traded to KC for garbage picks.
 
The 2007 team actually had heart and played with some fire. The defense in 2007 was better. This 2011 team is just flat and plays with no emotion.
 
This is worse. The 2007 team was a lot less talented, which is exactly why it wasn't as bad as this. I could stomach watching Randy Moss go up on Cameron Worrell because it was Randy Moss going up on Cameron Worrell, but now we've got our starters getting burned by no name scrubs on the Cleveland Browns. This is just an embarrassment. Let these clowns ride out the season in misery and then fire every single one of them.

I'm really beginning to question it. We have more talent now but the performance on the field? Meh. 07 games were close. Teams just seem to sleepwalk right over us this year.
 
You don't start out 0 - 4 by luck, it's based on merit. Comparing one 0 - 4 to another is baseless, both teams are horrible and neither team version of 0 - 4 is better than the other. You have zero wins, that comes from a serious lack of talent and poor coaching strategy. Ireland is such a coward lettin Sparano take the fall for the bad talent he's helped assemble.
 
This team is more pathetic, why? well it has more talent and still performs like its as bad as the 2007 team.

I think the 2007 team was better than the record showed. They were just beat up and also couldn't get it done. The 2011 team is just pathetic on defense and sad on offense. There is no excuse for the way they play because the players have the potential to play better than that. Hopefully the next coach will recognize that and not just completely clean house. Keep the good ones and coach the hell out of them.
 
at least in 07 we had ronnie brown ripping it up, until he got hurt vs the pats. this year, who do we have even close to that exciting on our offense, or team to watch?

thomas has looked good so far, but hes been injury plagued.

also in 07, in the beginning of the year, even when we were losing, most fans on here i remember were trying to be optimistic. we would talk about the loss that game and looked ahead to next week, rather than in week 4, earlier this year, talking about our draft and next coach this early.

this year you just have that sense their is zero hope, even before the season was a quarter way over.
 
Hands down this team right here. There is more talent on the field every week and ability to win then there was in in 07. This team is as flat as a soda can left in the the 90 degree heat for two days and to me that is worse then a team that is devoid of talent but plays hard.

So times the guy who left it all on the filed loses but at least he can say he did everything to win. This team leaves 70% of their effort in the locker room.
