For me it's Landry, R. Jones, and Branch.

Especially Branch because we can lock him in for another 3-4 years at a discount before his sack/qb pressures go up.

Kiko, Branch, Landry. I love Reshad Jones but it wouldnt be in his or the team's best interest to sign a contract a few weeks after going on IR.

Our best player:

Then I would look at Kiko and Landry.

I think you do the right think and extend R. Jones especially since he was playing with a torn labrum the last two years. It would be messed up to be like "alright cya you're injured now". He's going to recover and still be a top safety. Sends a good message to the rest of the team as well.

He's locked up until 2018. No one is saying bye to him. Let him come back from his injury and maintain his health and then pay the man.

No Malzj is right. Jones stuck by the team and cancelled his holdout - stand by your players, don't screw him because he got injured

Pay Jones, he deserves it and it sends the right message to the roster

R Jones, Wake and Landry should retire Dolphins. We need that in our franchise again. We haven't had a player kept here to cement heritage for our team in too long.

Explain to me how we are screwing him? He held out, while injured, after 1 year of playing on a 4 year contract. It proved to be a wise move to not sign him at the time because the team knew more about his torn health than we did. Again, I am a huge Reshad Jones fan but I feel like fans here never learn with injuries.

Branch is having a career year which makes you wonder if he's playing for a contract and then he's going to slack off? Or is he finally playing in a defense that fits him?

I'd be a little leery of signing Branch to big money long term.

Reshad Jones deserves to get paid, Kiko will get an extension and that third guy might be Kenny Stills given Leonte Carroo hasn't done diddly squat so far and I don't think can stretch the field like Stills.

It will be an overpay but I think we need to give Stills a hartline style #2 contract. He opens up things in the O we just don't have without him and we can't afford more draftpicks at WR. Carroo certainly wont replace him

Agree with you re. Branch - like him, would give him a solid deal, but worried this is a 1 off year of production so hard to justify a large contract

as for who wlll be signed to an extension this offseason juice landry, dion sims, and they will 1st round tender kiko retaining his rights at a bargain $3.5 mil

Wasnt aware that his high tender was so low

Stills, Jones and Branch. The first round tender takes care of Kiko then extend him and Landry in 2017.
