Which trade helps more?

Assume for a moment we're ready to swing a big trade, involving high draft picks (1st or 2nd rounder) and possibly players.

Which is going to help us more this season and in the future?

A trade for playmaking secondary help (safety, corner) or a trade for a #1 wide receiver (e.g. Bowe)?

according to NFL network, Shawne Merriman, Glenn Dorsey, and Brady Quinn are on the block. Also Nnamdi Asomugha is rumored to be on the block as well.
