Trade up to #5 and get Blackmon. I think Tampa wants Trent Richardson. If they dont get him at 5, I think he slips to us at 8, Rams and Jaguars dont need him.
According to the draft value chart, the 8th pick is worth 1700 and the 5th is worth 1400. We should be able to use one of our third rounders to move up.

In this scenario we are able to move up ahead of St. Louis and get Blackmon. And Tampa still gets their guy, Richardson, and pick up an extra 3rd rounder.
