News flash: Martin "still wants to play football"
And tell me, Which NFL team is going to give him the ability to do that, knowing that the guy wont even come to the coaches or teammates with an issue like this, not even one peep.
That just spells "risk."

This is a new low for ESPN. And that's saying something. Their race-baiting, nanny state agenda was already in the pits. But they just reached Marianna Trench low.
I can't believe ESPN lets something like this be published. It's an extremely hyperbolic piece about a topic that NOBODY knows the facts about.
If this guy is going to say the dolphins locker room is full of barbarians, he may as well label the entire NFL this way. He's doing all the things a real racist does - generalize, make degrading assumptions about people, and attack character.
I know ESPN has a flair for the dramatic, but this is just irresponsible. This debacle has literally brought out the worst in a lot of people.

Tried to read some of the comments on the article but was about 2 seconds away from flipping out 'Martin-style' if I saw one more 'great article Whitlock' post. Love how everybody reads 2-3 articles and suddenly knows everything...
The Big Blubbery Blob actually is not too awful when it doesn't involve perceptions of racism - then you can throw his objectivity out the window. I don't know how long ago it was, but at one pt I read a uplifting article of his re breaking stereotypes and among the paragons of virtue he cited doing their part to steer urban youth, one was Jesse Jackson. Yes the same anti-Semitic Jesse Jackson who referred to NYC as "Hymietown." Yet he gets a pass because he had to apologize, not because he thought any differently - but he'll be dogging Incog forever, watch.
Even Jason Whitlock thinks his own articles are boring...

A few liberal sports writers said as much a few years ago. Its neither here nor there.
But in this case, highlights the fact that the same 'reporters' on MSNBC and CNN went to the same schools as the sports media/writers. ITs all group think. Its why people with half a brain, could tell once the word 'bullying' was used, knew this was a 'cause'. A 'cause' that is being used primarily by the left to shove their societal norms on a group that doesn't abide by such norms.
A purple marker society is a sad one.
Tough read. Bringing the civil rights movement into this is quite a reach and the portrayal of Philbin does not add up. The Dolphins blunders in recent years are partially to blame for how this is reported. If this happened on the Patriots or Steelers the reaction by the media I believe would be more cautious. Miami has a shown itself to be one of the clumsier organizations recently so journalist are not afraid to pile on because there appears to be little risk in doing so. The odds are Miami will respond in the worst possible way. I'm happy Mike Dee isn't around to offer his insight.
