Who are the THREE greatest Dolphins of All-Time?

Marino, Warfield, and Csonka

in my lifetime? Marino, Richmond Webb, and Jason Taylor

maybe its just me but id rather have the qb that won my team titles than the qb who puts on a show lighting it up with stats.....

and i know there are many others who feel the same way...
in all sports that is what is looked at in terms of success.
how many championships did u win? marino didnt win any....
if brady retired tommorow he would be seen years from now as more of a successful qb than dan the man ever was....

u hate hearing that but its true, dan was mr. stats but he never was a champion.....
and what was with him quitting the front office job??? never heard why he really left that a few days after he joined...
not the bs excuse he gave but why really did he quit?

maybe someone one here knows that

holy crap. there isn't a patriots fan in the world that isn't pre-programmed to say that, huh? how can you forget this is a team sport, especially when the patriots ooze "TEAM". only when it's a debate about tom brady's skills does he become the reason the patriots won 3 superbowls. you're a hypocrite. and i would expect people who know nothing about sports to put up that kind of argument.

and your a 25 yr old disallusioned young lil twit.....:roflmao:

disallusioned? well i'd hate to be disallusioned... what does that mean anyway?

melbourne, buddy, i'm sorry. you're not properly referenced.

hey you were commenting on spelling patsdynasty.

Warfield was better than Duper and Clayton, on a team that did not throw a lot with a QB that did not have a great arm (Griese). He was one of the best WR's ever, great routes, great hands and great speed--he was ahead of his time. He could easily play in today's pass happy game, in fact one good test is to consider if any of the guys you all mention could compete in today's bigger and faster game. No question about these three, Marino, Csonka and Warfield, that's why I think they are the best ever!

That is a good point, but I never seen Warfield play whereas i seen all of claytons. That's why i chose him ahead of Warfield

1. Marino - Greatest Qb ever

2. Zonk - Best Rb in team history

3. Dwight stephenson - Dog laid in on the line protecting Marino.

what he said works for me.

i'm not implying patsdynasty knows nothing about sports. i don't know him. but that manner of thinking seems completely shortsighted.

You can't leave Csonka off the list. Csonka defined the Dolphin championships as well as any player on the team.

If you include coaches, then Shula has to be at the top of the top 3.

W/out Coaches:
1. Marino
2. Csonka
3. Buoniconti

The best defense in Dolphin history was the "no name" defense and Buoniconti was the heart of that defense. Griese was right there as the brains of the offense - but I'd give a slight edge to Nick.

If the coach is included:
1. Shula
2. Marino
3. Csonka

Both lists are in that order.

Besides Shula

Marino
Stephenson
Warfield

These three were not only the best Dolphins but are considered amongst the best who have "ever" played the game.

To bad some of you never saw Paul Warfield play. But then some day you all can be telling people its to bad you never saw Dan Marino play.
