Who are those clowns doing the conference calls with our new draft pics?

I don't know if this has been posted but those reporters who are interviewing our pics are real jerks. I just listened to that Fred Evans call and can't believe the unprofessionalism they are displaying. Fred Evans explains very sincerely that he had a hard time adjusting to school and his grades suffered and some jerk follows it up with "so you flunked out"? Thats not all-the rest of those bozos start laughing in the background. :shakeno:
Evans then said excuse me and the guy who said it started backing up to frame it better. I hope this guy Evans calls him on this when he gets down here. Freaking tough guy on the phone.

Just remember, everyone made fun of a skinny football player back in the day with questions like," are u here to try out for the Heat?" He went on to be an outstanding player named JT. Ignore those idiots, they'll b lookin for an autograph before it's over!

Now I understand why Saban likes to keep a stranglehold over these aholes.
 
I didnt hear that one.. But I thought they were being a bit unprofessional in the Derek Hagan one..

Amen, but they say this guy has tremendeous upside and is a hard worker. i must admit that i was pissed at first about the pick, but the more i research i see what saban saw. he will be solid in a rotation role at minimum.

Yeah, I heard that one too. They were getting angry because he couldn't hear their stupid questions...Who's your agent? Who's house are you at? What was your families reaction to getting drafted? I mean really, come on! Let the guys celebrate and do the call the next day when he has some peace and quiet. JEsus!

That was really juvenile. And even worse, you could hear the other reporters laughing along with the question.

FYI - he did have trouble with grades. But he brought them back up to the point where he could go back to Illinois, but chose to make a fresh start anyway.

If thats right i would have knocked the frigger out!! Evans is capable of what that cheap *** reporter can only dream about. Media needs to realise this is Evans career on the line.

I know he stated that pretty clearly and yet these guys just had to try and make him feel bad-just bush if you ask me.

i heard the laughs also......very unprofessional, especially because he seems like a nice kid, answered all their stupid questions, i dont think they need to be doing anymore of these conferences. they didnt even ask good questions. they asked questions about their families and school. i want to know how they feel about playing in a certain type of D or offense, and how they are looking forward to playing with certain dolphin players.
