Hey guys, we all know saban wants to build through the draft adn as we saw last year he let go of surtain for a 2nd rounder and some say we need new faces taht are coming here to win with hunger once again. who do you think is a possibility of us trading for a good 1st or 2nd round pick? the way thigns are goign with sam, i think we should consider him if daniels and poole come back strong and we can pick up another CB through FA or draft. I just think we need more picks in the 1st and 2nd round this year then the two we have. JT AND ZACH would be our best way to pick up a pick in those rounds but it should NEVER be considered or else ima leave this site and never speak of miami again. I can only think of Sam as a value and maybe trade a pick or a good player and thrown in RW along with it to make something possible...what do you guys think?
 
There is no way Sam could pick up a 1st day pick. I really don't think we could get a 5th for him.
 
So do you think we keep sam wiht that salary or let him go? he isn't doing all that well to be honest and real.
 
You can't trade Zach, look at his stats this year. He needs to retire a Dolphin, just like JT does
 
i wish we could trade howard for a 7th round pick, haha...

im sure we can get a mid round pick for ricky off name/past performance alone...
 
the only players we could get value for are zach,taylor and maybe ricky but a player i would love to leave is reggie i like to get burned howard. get him out of here.

Ive said it once and ill say it again.. i dont care if they offer 3 1st round draft picks for zach and jason... those guys should never be traded... and if they do get traded thats the day i wont be a dolphins fan anymore... their the heart and sould of this team... any one else.. i dont care trade but zach and jason ARE THE DOLPHINS!!!

i love madden. but my thoughts exactly.

Put the controller down people, its not that easy in real life.
 
Cleo Lemon for a 5th round pick, than when it's all said and done... we traded AJ Feeley for a 5th round pick. :clap:
 
Zack & JT should be as good as statues in South Fla. Take the Penn St approach like they did with Jo Pa....he deserves it, so if he wants it, the job is his (which is working quite well for them this year by the way). That respect not only makes quality FA's a little warmer when deciding where to go, it will also keep 2 solid designs for someone to draw up some steady defensive blueprints. Why change when you don't have to? As far as Sam goes, he'll be not so happy next year when his playing time gets eaten up with Mr Poole's return. Just no trade value there that would be worth anything. And why should we trade anybody anyway. Early reports have us in FINE Salary Cap shape for 2006.
 
yea but everyone is going to get tagged and we need more picks in day one.
 
I thought the trade deadline was over, maybe we can just cut Howard for the hell of it !:rofl3:
 
i dono we need some sort of a crazy signing and pick up through the draft like we did with RB 'hopefully.'
