Everyone is interested who the coach is going to be next year, myself included, but I say that what we should really be focused on is who is going to be the GM? What this team needs is the offense to be rebuilt. We need a QB, another receiver, a more consistent tight end, a reliable running back behind Ronnie Brown, and most of the offensive line, certainly the left side and some depth on the right guard and at center. The Defense is aging so we can't neglect that side of the ball although, you know top 5 unit in the NFL, doesn't need as much investment this year as like bottom 5 Offensive Unit needs.

We need a GM!!! Who cares what Saban does, let him leave, bring in Ron Wolf!!! That's what I say, or if Saban stays, then lets see what he does in the off season because that more than any X's and O's will determine his and the team's success next season. Who cares who the coach is? Without the right talent, it doesn't really matter all that much...

Because the HC runs the show. If the GM & HC are not on the same page then you have a Detroit Lions situation.

Ha! Detroit has way more problems than that, it's the GM that is the most important. The teams that have good players make their coaches look good, not the other way around...

We have a GM, Randy Mueller, I would think he's probably already been on the phone looking for HC prospects.

Then why was Dennis Green fired? He has all the playmakers on offense any team needs...yet.

Introducing Nick Saban's new offensive coordinator for the University of Alabama: Deliverance!

I hear you bro. I say move Randy up, and let's start from there. I have also read if the situation was right that Dan might come back to the organization as well.

Yea that's what I meant before. I bet Mueller is already on the phone fleshing things out. This could work out for the best Mueller is a good GM, let him find a HC he can work with especially with so much riding on this offseason due to all our FA's, Qb problems, Coordinator problems...

It's that old saying two heads are better than one.

Dan Marino? Didn't we go down that route once? He takes the job then said he wanted to be closer to his family, but yet he travels to all the different places on Sunday morning. I think dan is too unstable right now.Unless, he has more control, if that is the case and he is happy with that, then I guess open the door for him. Just so it isn't a case like before.

He would have good insight though, from HBO and CBS, he knows exactly what the team needs.Just so he is sure this time, if he indeed comes back to Miami in some role.

Last I checked their defense sucks and they don't have an offensive line...
