Hello guy,

I think OLB pass rush is a big need too this offseason, IYO who could be our pick in FA and draft to erase this problem ?

My choices in FA : Mario Williams, Manny Lawson

My choice in draft : Mel Ingram, Vinny Curry or Branch and why not Bequette or lockett in later round.

Opinions on this dolfin problem.

With Reiff possibly gone to rams at six, Miami will look to take that pass rusher, Coples will be the guy

coples doen't seems like a sure thing in many finfans opinion.

and if we go FA for this position, who will be the guy IYO

If the team is able to pick up Manning or atleast get a Qb through F/A I would send the #8the pick to Indy for Freeny & there 2rn pick

Freeny's cap number is 19mill.......you can forget about him.

Ozzy rules!!

I think we should look to improve through Free Agency first.

But trictly by the draft, i look at these guys:

4-3 DE
1st Round - Fletcher Cox
2nd Round - Kendall Reyes (or last 1 if we trade back)
4th/5th - Malik Jackson

3-4 DE
3rd Round - She McClellin (LOVE this kid)
3rd Round - Cam Johnson
5th Round - Julian Miller

It's a huge need and one that Miami will likely have to fill in the draft. John Abraham, or a vet free agent like that, is a possibility but there is no way the Dolphins have enough cap space for a Mario Williams. Quinton Coples is getting a lot of talk on the draft forum, a big guy with pass rush potential who has been labeled as an underachiever. If that label is on target, Jeff Ireland goes in another direction. I like Fletcher Cox as someone who can play DT/DE and rush the passer a bit. Vin Curry in round 2 could be a possibility and the kid Nick Perry from USC as a late first rounder (trade down).

If we are going to a base 4-3 then I would pick Coples. He has the speed and strength to get to the passer but more importantly, is very stout against the run. Wake will be the speed rusher while Coples will be more of the bull-rush penetrator. I'm not buying all the limited effort and down year stuff. He has to be double-teamed every play or he will make you pay.
