Coach Sparano was quoted today as saying that Ted Ginn was one of the top 2 most impressive players in OTA's so far.

"Ted Ginn right now, if you said to me, 'Tell the me the player that in the seven or eight practices we've had has impressed you the most,' Ted Ginn is in the top two right now," Sparano said. "The way he's handling himself out there and the way the offense has started to slow down for him that way. I've seen him in some situations be pretty dominant."
I've been impressed with what Ted Ginn has done," said Sparano, who declined to name the other player in his top two.

So who do you think the other player is? My guess is Chad Henne, and he didn't want to start any type of QB controversy? Just a wild guess. What do you think?

The other player could only have been Henne.

Why? Because Ginn could not have been dominant unless he was getting the ball deep.

Logic dictates that it cld not have been Pennington feeding him the ball

It could have been White too...White throws a great deep pass also, but who the heck knows....and frankly...in a OTA...who cares.

He has mentioned Shawn Murphy as a transformation physically from last year as well as Henne. So many of the guys from last year look uber-ripped. Ronnie, Davone...strength and conditioning good....:chuckle:

He did mention Henne was there 6 weeks before most players even began showing up for off-season workouts. So there is a good chance Henne has really shown himself to Sparano. Let's not forget they got to know each other pretty well off the field when they traveled while working out receivers.

My Money goes with Henne, very smart of Sparano to not ROCK THE BOAT!

I agree.
I think that there are a lot of us Fin fans who will breathe a lot easier when we have our QB of the future decided once and for all.

Tested, proven and signed to a long term contract

I hope Henne is not the let-down you guys are setting him up to be. Anyways, these are just OTAs...7 or 8 practices - nothing to get excited about.

I think he was talking about either Henne or Sean Smith, because I heard he was very impressive in the OTA and was playing on the first team, but I would put my money on Henne.

Henne's the conservative bet, but I'll go out on a limb and say he's referring to Channing
