Bottom line this franchise needs a veteran experienced coach who has tasted some modicum of success while being HC in the NFL. No more on the job training with clueless glorified coordinators.

Man do I miss Shula. The team was relevant and in the running virtually every year.

I'd be happy with Shanahan. At least the run game wouldn't be an after thought, he seems to find decent QB's and has good defenses most years. Maybe he could be our Tom Coughlin and lead us to a SB.
