I would like to see Tomlin get the job, he comes from under Tony Dungy and also Monte Kiffin, also Joe Johnson the former great Eagel defensive Coordinator got him to be the Defensive Coordinator under him in Minnesota.

I dont know that much about Brian Schot. except that he is young, he improved the Jets Offense and that his dad can't win the Big game. As much as I know about him so far, i wouldn't be upset if we got him.

I also would mind getting Ron Rivera however, with him winning his game today we dont know how long we wopuld have to wait.

I think that Cam Cameron will get the job, however i won't be thrilled about that...because in S.D. he had a great offence to work with...he did produce but I could have looked like a great O.C. with that offence. I really dont like him that much because as a head coach in Illionis (or whatever college team he coached) he did awful!!!

I would hate it for a plethora or reasons if we hired Chan Gaily, or Jim Mora Jr.

Your thoughts....

I am affraid Chan Gaily will get the job. He can't win in the ACC how is he gonna win in the AFC East?????

I would take Jim Mora Jr. He probably learned from all of his mistakes in Atlanta and I would roll the dice on giving him a 2nd chance

I want Brian Schottenheimer.

I'm afraid Gailey will get the job.

Either Schott, MOra Jr or Cam will work.

Cam Cameron or one of the Schottenheimers will get the job I don't think Tomlin will get it now because of the re-signing of Dom Capers.

I see what you all mean with the fact that we will hire a offensive minded coach now that we locked up Dom Capers... I just think that is stupid though we should hire a Head Coach who we think will be a good head coach regardless of what they are (offensive or defensive minded).

If we want to improve our offence don't hire a offensive minded coach...fire Milarky (he doesn't deserve to have his name spelled correctly) and hire a new Offensive Coordinator.

I don't understand what wayne is doing...We should hire a head coach first and let him pick his own Coordinators... nOT HIRE THE COORDINATORS THEN THE HEAD Coach...that lets the head coach have less accountablility becaus ehe didnt pick the coordinators

However I do like keeping Dom Capers

Capers is the fall back. If all of these other interviews go poorly, then he can just make Capers the head coach.

He didn't want to risk losing Capers to the GIants or whoever

The same way he took a Fiedler-led offense in 2001 and made it the 8th-best offense in the NFL in terms of points scored.

That was years ago!! Things change! Times change!!

Yes... like how the talent level of this current offense is, despite the horrible season it's just had, better than the talent level of the offense in 2001.

If the idea is to get a head coach to fix our offense, Chan Gailey has demonstrated that he's fully capable of doing that.
