A reverse to chambers naked sweep with ricky on 3 and 1. Grind it 3 straight times with Ricky and get the safeties to cheat up and then try and go deep with chambers. Using a WR disgused as a fullback(Boston) on WR screens, which is what he is best at making a play after the ball is in his hands. He seems to play call the the plkayers strengths which is a breath of fresh air. As soon as the O starts to execute better we could be alot of fun to watch.

Did all this stuff happen in Saturday's game? I hope so because I'm awaiting 4pm to come so I can watch the game on NFL network.

From what I've seen of the plays on MNF, I'm enjoying the playcalling...its more fun then watching do run on first down, 2 or 3rd pass on 2nd and run on 3rd.

It's nice to see sweeps and different running plays. I only saw a few plays last night but what a huge difference. Last year we had 2 running plays, run right up the middle - run left up the middle. We will be in the top 5 offensively this year even with our qbs.

Yeah last season 1st down up the middle 2ond down up the middle and third down pass incomplete 3 and out again :(

i ABSOLUTELY LOVED the pitch to Ricky outside on third and one when everyone and there mother thought he would simply hand off up the gut. BTW, the move Ricky put on the CB Starks was outrageous! It had everyone in my house cracking up!

Great job Scott

I loved his play calling he mixed it up alot. The best part is this is the tip of the iceberg

Oh i love his play calling. I mean he really knows how to get the best out of each player. He designs his system for players.

yes i like his play calling as well. i dint get to see the game. but i watched the chicago game his play calling was not the reason we lost. his plays were beautiful. i loved the way they just seem to lay a defense open as they progress. now we just need the players to catch up. oh yeah i forgot. GET US A QUARTERBACK IN THIS NEXT DRAFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I liked his play calling when Frerotte was in the game. I can't say much about when Feeley was in the game because he (Feeley) blows so bad there was nothing to build on. We still have lots of work to do, but the one thing I noticed last night was at least with Frerotte we have a chance. With Feeley, we stand no chance! The guy might improve, but it's gonna take a long while.

linehan's playcalling is a breath of fresh air compared to many many years b4. this guy really knows what he's doing. once everybody gets on the same page ,it will only get much better.from what i've seen so far gus should be the starting qb,only bcause you can see he is way more confident than feeley and can move the ball downfield. if he starts playing with the 1st team all the time he'll get the timing he needs with those players and be way more efficient than feeley could ever be. just my opinion!!!!!!

It will be interesting to see the playcalling mix when we start actually game planning for an opponent. Plays targeted at an opponents weaknesses or tendencies should yield some exciting results.

Phinz, you're going to **** your pants happy when you see this one drive with ricky and chambers running the ball. The drive stalls, but on 3 plays (maybe in a row) they're making Jacksonville look very foolish.
